• Credit detail security: -
  We use a system called JAC. Here is a short statement from the developers of that system, further information is available on request.

• It is our policy to despatch large orders such as cages etc upon receipt using a 48 hour carriage service. Orders received after 1:00 PM will not be despatched until the following day. Overnight service is available at an extra charge as shown on the relevant page. Small items are dispatched using Royal Mail 1st class.

• Carriage costs vary according to products purchased, costs are stated on relevant pages. All prices are UK mainland only, quotes for overseas shipping of goods is available by request.

• Under The Consumer Protection ( Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a statutory 7 day cooling off period  from the date of receipt of the goods.
  

• Cancellation of orders must be made by post or email.

• Should any product purchased from doghealth.co.uk be found to be faulty, damaged in transit, or differing from the description given at the doghealth.co.uk website then we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer. All returns must be notified to doghealth.co.uk within 7 days of delivery of the product.
  
• In the event of a customer purchasing an item from doghealth.co.uk mistakenly and through no fault of doghealth.co.uk, we will be pleased to replace or refund the item provided that the original item is returned to doghealth.co.uk unused and in saleable condition. In cases where the customer is either unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage after mistakenly purchasing a product, doghealth.co.uk reserves the right to charge an uplift fee to cover the cost of employing a courier company to collect the item from the customer. * Collections are £10 *

When you click on a 'purchase' button for an item, a new page will appear showing you what you have ordered, how many and the cost. At this point you can increase or decrease the number of items by entering a new number in the box. If you then click on the re-calculate button it will alter the order for you. You can then 'continue shopping' (this will take you back to the last page) or click on 'order checkout' (this will take you to the 'order form', the final step in your order).

Below is a copy of the order form. On the right (in blue) is what you need to put into the white boxes. If you leave any of the 'bold' questions out, your order will not be accepted. This is to prevent orders being sent to us without addresses etc.

There are no deliveries at weekends and bank holidays.
